Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:

• Develop and execute strategies to foster fleet growth and enhance driver retention.
• Set and achieve recruitment goals and objectives for the operation.
• Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and plans.
• Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and with professionalism.
• Organize and lead orientation and information sessions for potential Independent Contractors (ICs).
• Streamline the applicant process, ensuring swift completion of contracts and assignment of lease vehicles.
• Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems with accurate records.
• Generate and update various reports to monitor progress and identify trends.
• Support the Retention Manager as needed.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with drivers and staff.
• Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold superior customer service standards.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications for a Recruiter:

• Experience in Recruiting and/or Sales preferred
