Summary
The Client Finance Coordinator provides a unique opportunity to streamline execution excellence across multiple teams. The coordinator will support and partner with a client strategy team in entering client order information into our financial system.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Process client orders in a timely manner and in compliance with client contract requirements.
- Escalate issues/concerns in a timely manner.
- Contribute to building positive and productive working relationships within Accounting and the client strategy team.
- Partner with the Accounting team to ensure needs/expectations are met and continually search for ways to increase the level of service.
- Audit accounting outputs to ensure accuracy for client orders, including client invoices, vendor bills, client revenue, and gross margin, etc.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Experience with data entry and interpretation
- Possess strong organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite specifically in Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask & prioritize work based on requests from multiple people
- Ability to be a fast learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline required.
- 0-2 years of experience preferred.
