This position is an entry-level position for Ciprani Consulting. You will learn the basics of recruiting, assist our high-level recruiters (HCs), and follow a path designed to grow you into an HC (most likely a 2-year growth path). The Assistant to our Hiring Consultants (HCA-Hiring Consultant Assistant) must be an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond'' for their HCs by managing all administrative and support tasks required to help them locate and hire talent. This person enjoys communicating with potential applicants and assisting them in finding their next career. They perform best in a fast-paced work setting. A highly organized and detail-oriented person is needed for this role to support our team in providing clients with a smooth and excellent customer experience. It helps to be able to work independently and seek out information when necessary, as well as to be creative when addressing problems and provide excellent customer service and communication. A majority of your time will be spent connecting with and speaking to applicants both on the phone and on video (Zoom/Google Meet) to get to know them better and help find the right fit for the job. Responsibilities: • Engage in initial discussions with clients to grasp their needs effectively • Assess resumes and select suitable candidates for clients • Screen candidates via phone to evaluate their compatibility with clients • Support in conducting second-level video interviews for clients and Hiring Consultants • Perform video interviews with a minimum of 6-8 candidates daily • Coordinate relevant job applicant documents for weekly client updates • Assist Hiring Consultants in communicating with prospects through phone, text, and email • Manage videos and notes in the Applicant Tracking System to organize Hiring Consultants efficiently • Verify applicant references thoroughly • Maintain and update recruiting technology, systems, and paperwork for recruiters Qualifications: • College experience is preferred but not required for the position of Recruiting Administrative Assistant in Kennett Square, PA, US. • Proficiency in quickly learning and utilizing new software, systems, and technologies is essential for the role • The ability to make timely and well-informed decisions with discretion is a key qualification • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are necessary for this position • Being a team player while also having the capability to work independently when needed is important • Willingness to learn from mistakes and show personal growth is valued in this role • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must for effective interaction with clients and applicants • Proficiency in setting goals, planning effectively, and being accountable for outcomes is required • Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing various recruitment challenges • A proactive and positive attitude is essential for success in this position • Exceptional relationship-building skills are highly beneficial for this role • Previous experience in recruiting or hiring would be advantageous • Experience in residential real estate is considered a plus for the Recruiting Administrative Assistant role Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly + bonus for referrals and reviews
