    Do you have a passion for supporting others, checking things off your list, and getting things done? We're in search of a Recruiting Administrative Assistant to support our Hiring Consultants. This position is an entry-level position for Ciprani Consulting. You will learn the basics of recruiting, assist our high-level recruiters (HCs), and follow a path designed to grow you into an HC (most likely a 2-year growth path). The Assistant to our Hiring Consultants (HCA-Hiring Consultant Assistant) must be an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond'' for their HCs by managing all administrative and support tasks required to help them locate and hire talent. This person enjoys communicating with potential applicants and assisting them in finding their next career. They perform best in a fast-paced work setting. A highly organized and detail-oriented person is needed for this role to support our team in providing clients with a smooth and excellent customer experience. It helps to be able to work independently and seek out information when necessary, as well as to be creative when addressing problems and provide excellent customer service and communication. Please note that this is an IN-PERSON position. You must love checklists and systems, have a strong desire to serve and support others, and want to grow. A majority of your time will be spent connecting with and speaking to applicants both on the phone and on video (Zoom/Google Meet) to get to know them better and help find the right fit for the job. Responsibilities: • Conduct introductory conversations with clients to understand their requirements • Evaluate resumes and choose qualified candidates for clients • Screen candidates via phone to assess their suitability for clients • Assist and conduct second-level video interviews for clients and Hiring Consultants • Conduct video interviews with at least 6-8 candidates daily • Organize relevant job applicant documents for weekly client updates • Aid Hiring Consultants in communicating with prospects through phone, text, and email • Ensure organization of Hiring Consultants by managing videos and notes in the Applicant Tracking System • Verify applicant references • Update and manage recruiting technology, systems, and paperwork for recruiters Qualifications: • College experience is not mandatory but is preferred • Must be adept at quickly grasping and utilizing new software, systems, and technologies • Capable of making prompt and informed decisions with discretion • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail • Team player with the ability to work independently as needed • Willingness to learn from mistakes and demonstrate growth • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Proficient in goal setting, planning, and being accountable for outcomes • Possesses strong problem-solving skills • Proactive with a positive demeanor • Exceptional at building and nurturing relationships • Previous recruiting or hiring experience is advantageous • Experience in residential real estate is a plus Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly + bonus for referrals and reviews
