    We have an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Analyst/Coordinator with a growing quant fund in their Stamford, CT office! This role will blend analytical responsibilities with hands-on coordination of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for recruiting, and the ability to analyze data to inform hiring strategies.

    Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of experience in a similar role coming out of the finance or technology spaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment Coordination:
      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up communications.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
      • Coordinate recruitment events, including job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives.
    • Data Analysis:
      • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
      • Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring processes and candidate pipelines.
      • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
    • Candidate Engagement:
      • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.
      • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with the HR team to support employer branding initiatives and enhance the company’s presence in the job market.
      • Assist in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Advanced Excel preferred.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of current trends in recruiting and HR best practices.

    What We Offer:

    • $90,000 – 130,000 total compensation.
