As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Recruiting Assistant to partner with team leadership to identify and recruit interns and rising professionals. Periodic travel within the Olsson footprint would be required to attend on-campus events during the academic year.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and pre-employment screenings.
Collaborate with team leadership to determine specific hiring needs.
Provide prompt follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
Work in tandem with team leadership and candidates to schedule and conduct thorough phone screens and interviews.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending campus recruiting events such as career fairs, networking events, and other on-campus activities.
We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Overland Park, KS or North Kansas City, MO office locations.
