Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator works directly with our Driver Recruiting department to manage administrative functions and tasks through the hiring process and orientation of new drivers. The Recruiting Coordinator will follow recruiting procedures/policies, and monitor administrative recruiting projects as needed throughout the hiring process. This position is a support role for the Recruiting team.

Qualifications
A Successful Recruiting Coordinator must consistently demonstrate the company’s Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Recruiting Coordinator must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
