The Recruiting Director position is for a new concept Chick-fil-A restaurant located in downtown Nashville (1622 Church St.). A first of its kind, this novel restaurant is focused on Catering, 3rd Party Deliveries, Mobile Ordering, and Innovative Delivery Methods.
We are looking for a Recruiting Director to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. Recruiting Director responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, collaborating with leaders and identifying high-potential candidates. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees to create and maintain a culture of excellence!
Pay: $20 - $23 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting, Hiring and On-boarding
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment strategy and process.
Collaborates with directors and leaders to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Collaborates with directors and leaders to identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the staffing needs of the business.
Prepares recruitment materials and posts jobs to appropriate sources.
Oversees the interview process for all applicants, including application review, screening, scheduling, reference checks, top-grade interview, and selection.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or human resources during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Actively recruits the best talent to maintain staffing levels throughout the year in conjunction with sales volumes and attrition.
Attends job fairs, speaking engagements, and community events for recruitment.
Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Acts as a point of contact and builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Create and maintain an on-boarding experience for new hires on Day 1.
Ensure all hired candidates fill out I-9, E-Verify, and all new hire paperwork.

A College degree expected, not a prerequisite but beneficial.
Demonstrated past recruiting experience.
