    RECRUITING MANAGER

    Full-Time / Rocky River, OH

    Rust Belt Recruiting is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager with a dynamic personality and energetic leadership style to join our growing organization.

    This position is a “working manager” opportunity designed for the Recruiting Manager to run professional-level searches of their own, while also leading the strategic direction of our recruiting operations. Along with overseeing the development and growth of the recruiting team, the Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing the day-to-day practices for Rust Belt Recruiting.

    Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Director of Business Planning (EOS Integrator)

    About Us: Rust Belt Recruiting is an established recruiting agency with a manufacturing focus. We provide direct hire search and consulting services for both professional and production level searches.

    JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Recruit for professional level client requisitions and achieve an annual revenue goal

    • Manage and lead recruiting team while providing mentorship, coaching, and training

    • Implement and direct performance metrics to team

    • Provide managerial support for recruiting team to improve client and candidate relationships and overall experience

    • Execute weekly 1:1s to discuss and optimize individual performance (metrics, KPI’s, revenue goals, etc.)

    • Facilitate and prepare weekly team meetings to address team activity and problem-solve issues as they arise

    • Report and debrief leadership team on team’s weekly performance

    • Refine internal training documents and methodology to standardize practices and optimize team performance

    • Lead recruitment and hiring efforts relating to new recruiters

    • Serve as liaison between business development and recruiting team to ensure client work is completed in a timely, profitable manner

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5 years of recruiting experience preferred, agency environment is ideal

    • 2 years of management experience preferred

    • Exceptional writing and communication skills

    • Strong analytical and reporting skills

    • Technically proficient individual who can quickly learn and teach new softwares and tools

    • Highly organized, flexible, and have a proven ability to multitask

    • Problem-solving, decision making & the ability to work independently

    • Experience working in an EOS company is a big plus!

    • Capacity and desire to grow into a larger role as the company continues to scale
