    A leading proprietary trading firm known for cutting-edge research and technology is looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead to drive excellence in our hiring processes. In this role, you’ll be a critical partner in optimizing recruiting operations, refining workflows, managing vendor partnerships, and enabling a high-performing talent acquisition team across global markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and optimize recruiting processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent operations globally

    • Oversee internal documentation, training materials, and playbooks to support hiring teams

    • Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and technology providers, including contracts, renewals, and performance evaluations

    • Ensure clean, accurate data across recruiting tools and reporting systems

    • Develop dashboards and reports to surface recruiting insights and support strategic decision-making

    • Identify and implement improvements in interview scheduling and candidate coordination

    • Provide mentorship and support to recruiting coordinators, ensuring high-quality service to candidates and hiring managers

    • Stay current with the latest tools and trends in recruiting technology, and bring forward recommendations that drive continuous improvement

    • Jump in on special projects or initiatives as needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, HR, or a related discipline

    • 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR, or talent acquisition, with an emphasis on systems, tools, and process improvement

    • Strong background in vendor management and hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems and scheduling tools

    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys working across teams and functions

    • Analytical mindset with experience in metrics reporting and process analysis

    • Global recruiting experience is a plus
