    Position Overview: This position works closely with the CEO to align recruitment strategies with the company’s goals. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, actively recruiting labor beyond the office. The recruiter must be willing to travel, have reliable transportation, and supervise labor on job sites when necessary. Technical knowledge of restoration and construction processes is crucial for evaluating candidates effectively. managing administrative tasks

    Responsibilities: ● Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source candidates through various channels, networking and conduct screenings/interviewing. Understand the needs of the jobs and our clients. ● Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition by providing necessary information and resources, process and record all new hire paperwork, orientation, and cultural integration. ● Administrative Tasks: Manage candidate data using Microsoft Office tools, create reports, and communicate effectively. Assist with payroll processing, records, documentation and benefits. ● Field Recruitment and On-Site Support: Actively recruit labor beyond office boundaries, attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences, visit job sites when necessary, and supervise labor to ensure safety compliance and work quality. ● Collaboration: Work with the CEO to understand and align with the company’s strategic goals.

    Requirements: ● Translation and communication experience between Spanish/English. ● Proficient in listening, writing and speaking fluently in both Spanish/English. ● Familiarity with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, and candidate sourcing tools. ● Proficiency in Excel and Word. ● Ability to work as recruiting needs arise, which may include nights, weekends and some travel. ● Excellent in customer service, quality of work and detail focus. ● At least 1 year of recruiter experience and administrative duties. ● Strong adaptability and organizational skills.
