    We are seeking a recruiting specialist to support staffing needs and find, attract, and retain talent. Responsibilities: • Create and manage all job postings • Search for candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals • Screen resumes and select qualified candidates for interview • Schedule interviews with candidates • Pre-employment onboarding process, including background check, credit check, and drug test • Prepare new hire paperwork • Onboarding of new employees • Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required • Minimum two years of experience in recruitment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Proficiency with social media tools • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality • Excellent time management skills • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
