The Recruiting Specialist will have the ability to network, connect, and is comfortable speaking with people in order to get to know candidates, understand them and build relationships. This position will identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies in innovative ways to build teams and the organization to align with the culture and its success.
This is a non-exempt, full-time position. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. MUST in the Eastern Time Zone.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, candidate prep for interviews, and scheduling interviews
Documents all candidate activity in applicant tracking system and develops sourcing strategies
Utilize a wide range of sourcing tools and techniques to source the best available talent
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going candidate relationship management
Create sourcing plans
Report on effective sourcing and recruiting trends and make recommendations based on data
Create and execute candidate search campaigns using sourcing tools
Successfully source passive & active candidates
Conduct pre-screen interviews for potential employees
Responsible for building talent pipelines across a variety of job types and skill levels
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in high volume recruiting (preferably Healthcare related or Staffing Agency)
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
Experience with building relationships and recruitment marketing
Experience w/ Office (excel), Google, Chrome including add-ons and extensions required
Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers
Strong analytical thinking skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Comfortable in a Fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
Self-motivated willingness and eagerness to be creative
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused
Project self-confidence
Data-driven and constantly measuring results.
