    Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) and Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) are seeking a full-time experienced Recruiting Specialist with 2 or more years of experience to join our Corporate Recruiting team in Abingdon, Maryland. Familiarity with civil/geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting and construction-related disciplines is preferred.

    Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dress code is business casual. This position will initially be on-site. However, a hybrid schedule is available after a period of 6 months.

    Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities

    • Engage passive and active candidates via phone, email and text

    • Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter software and other social media platforms

    • Coordinate and schedule virtual or office interviews between candidate and hiring team

    • Prepare and send offer letters on behalf of hiring team, follow up with all parties as necessary

    • Pre-screen candidates, perform reference checks and relay information to hiring team

    • Post online job ads through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, college websites, and professional society websites

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or similar field preferred, not required

    • Extensive experience with passive candidate sourcing required

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent time management skills; attention to detail

    • Proven ability to work in a face paced environment with changing priorities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and personable with results driven personality

    Salary Range: $69,000 - $85,000
