Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, well-spoken, and motivated individual for our entry level Recruitment Assistant position. The Recruitment Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting the Director of Recruitment in sourcing, scheduling, communications, networking and other assignments assigned, while also directly learning the recruitment industry with the goal to be promoted to a Full Desk Recruiter.
All work will be directly assigned, assisted and supervised by the Director of Recruitment, with verifying degrees of autonomy. This position offers a hybrid schedule and culture, with the office located in the vibrant Brickell neighborhood of Miami. In-person time will be used for and not limited to hands-on training during the first 90 days of employment, in-person client meetings, networking events and team building activities. We see remote work as a tool to be more productive, once the employee has a strong grasp of their responsibilities, they would be granted autonomy to work remote on most core responsibilities.
