    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, well-spoken, and motivated individual for our entry level Recruitment Assistant position. The Recruitment Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting the Director of Recruitment in sourcing, scheduling, communications, networking and other assignments assigned, while also directly learning the recruitment industry with the goal to be promoted to a Full Desk Recruiter.

    All work will be directly assigned, assisted and supervised by the Director of Recruitment, with verifying degrees of autonomy. This position offers a hybrid schedule and culture, with the office located in the vibrant Brickell neighborhood of Miami. In-person time will be used for and not limited to hands-on training during the first 90 days of employment, in-person client meetings, networking events and team building activities. We see remote work as a tool to be more productive, once the employee has a strong grasp of their responsibilities, they would be granted autonomy to work remote on most core responsibilities.

    • Perform clerical duties like emailing, managing inbox, handling paperwork, processing background checks, invoicing, booking travel, drafting communications materials, such as job postings, emails to candidates, and offer and rejection letters.
    • Screen resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates, through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, applicant tracking software, social media, email, referrals, etc.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates, ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process with a high degree of communication via phone calls, texts and emails.
    • Business Development assistance including but not limited to attending networking events, conferences, client meetings, social media, telephone calling, online engagement and marketing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, legal or related field.
    • Strong desire to build a career in recruitment or sales and grow with the company.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, pivoting from one assignment to another.
    • Valid Driver’s license with personal automobile able to drive to office, client meetings, networking events and other functions deemed necessary within South Florida.
    • Able to use a computer, smart phone, social media, internet and Microsoft Office 365.

  • Compensation
    $44,096 per year
