Hithium Tech USA is opening a new manufacturing facility in the Mesquite/Forney area and we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Schedule screenings and interviews (phone, video, and in-person) with candidates, while managing complex calendars and time zones.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview logistics.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and professional experience.
• Greet and escort candidates during on-site interviews, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Assist with providing timely and accurate updates to candidates regarding the status of their application.
• Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Post job openings on various job boards.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment files and documentation.
• Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Support recruitment events, such as on-site hiring events and career fair initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining recruitment data and metrics as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new hires.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support role.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
