    Department: Talent Acquisition

    Fulltime | On-Site

    Pay Range: $22-$24/hr

    Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support ServiceNet’s strategic hiring initiatives. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving administrative excellence, supporting our Talent Acquisition team, and elevating the overall new hire experience.     Key Responsibilities:

    Job Postings & Description Maintenance

    Ensure job postings and descriptions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational needs.

    Partner with hiring teams to update and maintain current role descriptions in coordination with evolving department goals.

    Team Support & Oversight

    Provide support and guidance to Onboarding Generalists and Talent Acquisition Specialists.

    Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and management to ensure streamlined recruitment operations.

    Critical Role Recruitment

    Screen and interview candidates for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.

    Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

    Onboarding & New Hire Experience

    Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

    Enhance the new hire journey through timely communication and thoughtful touchpoints.

    Community Engagement

    Lead and execute recruitment initiatives focused on community outreach to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

    Build partnerships with community organizations, schools, and workforce development programs to address talent needs.

    Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

    Operational & Administrative Support

    Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and track recruitment activities using our ATS.

    Ensure all candidate interactions are welcoming, inclusive, and aligned with ServiceNet’s values.

    Flexibility & Collaboration

    Adapt quickly to changing recruitment needs and priorities.

    Collaborate closely with the leadership to align efforts and share insights.

    Required Qualifications:

    Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

    Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    High level of organization and attention to detail

    Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment systems

    Adaptability and problem-solving abilities

    Preferred Qualification:

    Experience in community outreach and career fairs

    Knowledge of recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles
