    Location: Remote

    Duration: 6 months (15 hours per week)

    Are you currently studying Human Resources, Recruitment, Psychology, or a related field? Or maybe you’re a recent graduate looking to dive into the world of recruiting? If you’re excited to learn, organized, and ready to bring fresh ideas, this could be the perfect internship for you!

    About the Role

    As a Recruitment Intern at Burnett Therapeutic Services, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the world of recruiting for the mental healthcare and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) industry! This non-paid internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop practical skills in recruitment, HR practices, and talent sourcing, plus give you insight into a rapidly growing sector. At the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a certificate of completion and invaluable experience to boost your resume.

    What You’ll Learn and Do

    • Recruitment Essentials: Dive into the recruiting world with hands-on tasks such as screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.

    • Assist with administrative work onboarding new employees.

    • Assist in sourcing new candidates and maintaining communication with them.

    • Industry Insight: Gain specialized knowledge about the ABA and mental healthcare fields, a fast-growing sector with unique hiring needs.

    • Digital Tools: Get experience using Google Workspace) and gain skills on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.

    Ideal Candidate

    We’re looking for a motivated intern who is:

    • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with online tools, especially Google Workspace and spreadsheets.

    • Organized: You have an eye for detail and can keep track of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Curious and Eager to Learn: Open to feedback, excited to bring new ideas, and passionate about building a career in HR or recruitment.

    • Current college student or recent graduate

    Bonus Skills (Not Required but Appreciated):

    • Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter is a plus.

    Requirements -Must be able to work in Pacific Time within our office hours from 9am to 5:30pm.

    • You must have your own reliable work computer and internet connection.
