    Job Description

    Are you reliable and have great follow through skills? Great interpersonal skills would be a great asset too! We are seeking a Recruitment and Talent Development Assistant to be part of Talent Development team in our Corporate office. The person will be responsible to:

    _ _ Recruitment Activities:__

    • Schedule Teams and onsite interviews and communicate with candidates.
    • Conduct reference checks if requested by hiring managers.
    • Handle the pre-employment screening process which includes drug test/physical and criminal background checks. Monitor results and work with vendor for any issues.
    • Track new hires and ensure that all pre-employment screening results have been received. Work closely with Sr Recruiter.
    • Send surveys to new hires.
    • Update the applicant tracking system for any changes in our job templates and job postings.
    • Onboard new hires in Paylocity.
    • Process invoices for the Recruitment/Talent Development team when needed
    • Monitor the Recruiter’s mailbox and respond to questions.
    • Monitor and answer employment inquiries from Recruiting extension and forward calls/voicemails to the appropriate location.

    _ _ Talent Development Activities:__

    • Make enrollments in courses in our LMS
    • Follow up course completions, including tracking due dates
    • Provide coverage and support to end-user needs
    • Track course retirements
    • Provide support during programs launch like Goals, Performance Appraisal, Compliance Training, etc.
    • Generate reports as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:**

    • Have a High school diploma/GED.
    • Have 1-2 years of administrative support experience; HR experience a plus.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using HR and outside software/websites.
    • Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written; and people skills.
    • Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Exhibit flexibility, the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
    • Showcase speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
    • Be dependable with great work ethic.
