    Red Mountain Clinical Services provides mental and behavioral health therapy services to a variety of clients in a professional setting. Therapy services include Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Assessment and Diagnostic Services, Clinical Supervision by a licensed board-certified provider, and services provided as a private contractor for a Charter School. Clinical Supervision is provided by a licensed professional counselor in the State of Arizona and holds national board certification. All current and future providers are licensed in the State of Arizona and/or are completing their competency to become licensed under a direct supervisor in the State of Arizona. You will work 2-3 days per week in an educational setting with children aged 5-13 during regular school hours. Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include providing individual therapy to general education students identified as requiring extra support, adjusting to acute issues, or struggling with familial situations. Individual services are provided weekly, and family sessions are as needed, as determined by the clinical supervisor in conjunction with the provider. The provider is responsible for developing their own schedule and implementing sessions following a developed treatment plan. The provider will additionally consult with classroom teachers to assist them in engaging with the student most effectively so the student can experience success. Providers are responsible for preparing notes for each session and case management interactions to document hours / and concerns addressed. Each provider will supply the Clinical Supervisor with a monthly invoice and will receive Clinical Supervision/Consultation regularly. Compensation is based on a session rate dependent on contractor experience and educational level/licensure.This role is unique and ideal for a master's-level therapist who would like experience with the younger student population or an experienced therapist seeking extra income 2-3 days per week. This position additionally has the potential to increase the caseload, if desired, and could expand to a full-time position for the right fit. Qualifications: Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements • Master's degree in social work, counseling, BCBA, or marriage and family therapy • Previous experience working with children in a therapeutic setting • Must maintain current CPR and First Aid training • Must maintain a valid Arizona state IVP fingerprint clearance card. • Must be at least 21 years of age • Bilingual is preferred but not required Knowledge, Ability, And Skills • Must be able to work independently and with a variety of professionals • Requires the ability to manage a caseload effectively within a given timeframe • Requires the ability to maintain excellent student and family relationships and provide excellent customer service • Requires effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Applicant must have the ability to stay organized, demonstrate critical thinking skills, effective time management skills, and be able to problem-solve utilizing a team approach • Applicant is required to prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocols Compensation: $25 - $60 hourly
