    This position for Human Resources Manager is at our Knoxville, TN facility. The HR Manager will provide daily support on all people-related matters at Red Stag Fulfillment.  As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a people expert who is skilled in on-boarding and relationship building, while understanding the importance of compliance.  You will serve as a one-stop shop for employees’ needs.     Job Description

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day administrative HR functions of the Knoxville, TN facility.
    • Offer availability for daily questions and face-to-face support.
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies.
    • Continuously improve hiring processes to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
    • Address all employee concerns to include conflict resolution, investigations, and discipline.
    • Prepare offer, discipline, and termination letters.
    • Administer policies and procedures.
    • Prepare written communications to employees on HR related changes and initiatives.
    • Maintain personnel databases.
    • Create and maintain employee files.
    • Complete employee verification requests.
    • Build trusted relationships with managers and staff.
    • Assist with employee benefits administration.
    • Partner with our team members to make our culture come to life through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
    • Track, analyze, and report employment metrics.
    • Prepare payroll and respond to inquiries.
    • Help maintain staffing headcount needs.
    • Attend weekly OPS staff meetings.
    • Review EOD reports.
    • Spearhead leadership coaching.
    • Focus on diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.
    • Administer quarterly culture surveys.
    • Manage leaves of absence paperwork for employees.
    • Responsible for OSHA reporting and workman's compensation.
    • Manage ADA accommodations.
    • Responsible for hourly compensation planning and analysis.
    • Maintain performance reviews and data.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Prior HR experience – Specialty in staffing is a plus.
    • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, best practices and current regulations.
    • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Technical knowledge of on-site management.
    • Highly organized.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
