  • Responsibilities

    COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for Red Team Cyber Planners in Huntsville, AL! Support a nationally certified and accredited DoD Red Team. In this role you will primarily:

    • Provide a range of technical and consultative services to assist the customer in effectiveness and efficiency of cyber operations, resources and programs.*

    • Develop recommendations based on in-depth analysis of issues and consideration of overall mission requirements, budgetary constraints, technological advances, political environment and human resources.*

    • Develop requirements and documents, task planning, project schedules and budgets, and prepare white papers on positions and/or concepts. *

    • Develop and deliver technical briefings and reports.*

    • Develop and analyze training materials and evaluate the overall performance of training programs within department and/or division. May deliver training programs.

    • Plan, schedule and coordinate special activities as needed*

    • Work within specialized military databases to review reports and manage data

    • Prepare specific reports and review reports for discrepancies*

    • May conduct intelligence research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence

    • May serve as a liaison with other departments and/or customers on assigned programs.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Prior experience in support of military operations/exercises
    • Minimum of 8-20 years related experience
    • Demonstrated understanding of military operations, planning or testing
    • Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
    • Top Secret clearance required; US Citizenship required

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree preferred
    • Active TS/SCI highly preferred
    • Experience with Combatant Command planning and execution (J3, J5, J7)
    • Experience with operational and developmental test planning and execution
    • Demonstrated understanding of Campaign Orders, Operations Orders, Planning Orders -OR- demonstrated understanding of test plan development and execution

    • Thorough journey level knowledge and skill in painting crafts.

    • Journey level skill in maintenance and repair procedures.

    • Knowledge and proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools related to job functions.

    • Knowledge of building codes, rules and regulations.

    • Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

    • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
