Our client, a rapidly growing Asethetics and Wellness Center in Lake Oswego, Or is currently hiring for an experienced Part Time to Full Time Master Advanced Esthetician to perform treatments including Vivace, micro-needling, facials and makeup services among other treatments the center performs. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, warm, and have an outgoing personality.  Must have a passion for the aesthetic industry and making patients both look and feel their best.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently delivers remarkable customer service
• Able to utilize new techniques and ideas
• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to meet sales goals on product and services. Sales experience and record of past sales goals met is a plus
• Product recommendations and sales experience
• Consult with clients to assess their needs, make informed recommendations, educate and explain services and skincare
• Assist clients to select appropriate treatments and ensure their care and satisfaction
• Cross selling complimentary services
• When not with clients, assisting in other spa operations: greeting customers, providing customer service, selling products and services, operating equipment, light cleaning, etc.  We are a small practice and all work together to keep things flowing and help where needed.

EDUCATION / MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid and current Oregon Advanced Aesthetics license
• Minimum of one (1) year of spa experience
• Positive, enthusiastic, personable attitude and passionate about skincare
• Deep and thorough understanding of skin, skincare and products
