    About the Role As the Referral Coordinator for The Button Law Firm, you will be instrumental in managing referred cases, cultivating strong relationships with outside legal teams, and ensuring smooth, efficient communication between clients and attorneys. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the referral of cases to outside counsel within our referral attorney network. • Follow up with referral attorneys to track case status and ensure timely updates. • Gather and organize relevant case information from multiple sources. • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently. • Handle client inquiries with care and provide outstanding customer service. • Perform administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, data entry, and document organization. • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and legal teams. • Support the firm with clerical and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Basic understanding of clerical procedures, recordkeeping, and filing systems. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred. • Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!). We utilize various digital platforms to provide top-tier service to our clients. Experience with any of the following is a plus: • Practice Panther (CRM) • Outlook & Office 365 • Box (Cloud Storage) • Mac OS Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
