Canvasser Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Approach individuals and engage with the community at various locations, such as DMVS, parks, shopping plazas and events to collect valid signatures for the petition.
• Educate and inform: Clearly explain the purpose, goals, and significance of the petition to potential signees.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Provide regular reports to campaign Directors
• Participate in training provided to enhance knowledge
• A willingness to grow

Canvasser Job Requirements

• Previous canvassing or face-to-face selling experience preferred
• Exemplary communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to stand and walk for extended amount of hours
• Able to maintain a high level of energy and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
