Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Service and repair plate and frame heat exchangers. • Utilizing tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges to test, evaluate, and maintain equipment efficiency. • Inspecting and calibrating ammonia equipment. • Keeping a record of accurate preventive maintenance on tools and machinery. • Sharpen decision-making skills to rapidly and precisely interpret and assign information. • Vigilantly preserve a clean workspace to observe company performance standards. • Be willing to work overtime to meet deadlines or answer urgent matters. • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and company rules. • Staying apprised of the most up-to-date refrigeration technology to evaluate its potential for current and future tasks. Qualifications: • Proven experience in ammonia-based refrigeration systems, or experience with Freon systems. • Strong capabilities to quickly identify and resolve technical issues through the use of problem-solving strategies in an effective and prompt manner. • Demonstrate excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities. • Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. • Consistent and reliable attendance. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Ability to work and live in a multicultural environment. Compensation: $100,000+ DOE
