1. Proficient in Pool Studio
2. Sales experience
3. Industry experience a plus
4. Great with people and able to preform in pressure situations
5. Team Player
6. Self motivated

Job description:

· Meet customers, design and bid project, turn in all regal documents signed at sale

· HOA and all permitting to be completed by sales rep (unless staffed by Regal)

· Constant communication with customers throughout project.

· At least 2 site visits

· Mandatory weekly meeting with sales team at office

· One monthly field day will be scheduled (visit all active jobs sold by rep)
