  • Responsibilities

    The Human Resources Business Partner will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization and the Human Resource Department.

    _ Essential Functions:_

    • Demonstrated work experience in Human Resources, Talent management, Learning & Leadership development space for at least 5 years including Talent Partner duties
    • Ability to influence and partner at all levels within an organization.
    • Experience using innovative approaches to talent development & training
    • Ability to meet challenging/changing deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong project management skills & ability to identify areas for process improvements & provide recommendations
    • Demonstrated judgement & ability to deal with confidential & sensitive matters effectively
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to field difficult questions
    • Relevant degree such as bachelor’s and master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Psychology etc. preferred
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    _ Required Skills/Abilities:_

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.

    _ Education and Experience:_

    • Associates degree in related field preferred or related experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience required
    • Prior related office experience required.
