Role Title : Field Verifier (Part Time)

**Role Description
**
Regenified’s Field Verifiers are responsible for collecting observational data and soil samples on the ground at Regenified farms and ranches in accordance with theRegenified 6-3-4 Protocol. All Field Verifiers will be trained by Regenified and will have personal instruction in the use of the Regenified Protocol by a Senior Verifier. This role is responsible for collecting information only using the Regenified Field Evaluation form, and must not have any prior association with the farm/ranch submitted for the verification process. The Field Verifier will participate in an interview by the Verification Review Board to provide context and clarity when needed.
This position will be paid at a daily rate on an as-needed basis, based on the Field Verifier’s availability and proximity to scheduled Verifications. Verifications take place annually for every farm and ranch involved in the Regenified program.
• Conduct field inspections and site visits to verify compliance with client-provided specifications and regulatory requirements
• Collect and document accurate data and measurements using various instruments and equipment
• Review plans to ensure design conformity and compliance with Regenified protocol
• Evaluate data and deliver technical reports to clients and project managers
• Participate in client meetings and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline, and/or experience with applied soil science, agronomy, animal science, biology, wildlife management or similar field including attendance or training at an approved regenerative ag or soil health based program such as the Soil Health Academy.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an ag consultant, soil conservationist, regenerative producer, wildlife conservationist or other similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practice
• Proficient in using various instruments and equipment, including GPS, soil probes, soil aggregate test kits
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel and work in remote or challenging locations
• Farming and/or ranching experience is preferred
