Job Brief
The Regional Account Executive will help attain customers (ie homebuilders) and revenue targets. They will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential by leading by example and coaching each member to attain success in their markets. Aterra Designs has builder clients nationwide and Canada, and this position will be very comfortable being out in the field working with our strategic partners, our current clients, and assisting with on-boarding of new builders. This role will also demonstrate how to navigate the world of a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders. This position will be a hybrid role ideally based in Northern Florida.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by maintaining consistent sales activity.
Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Prepare realistic sales forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new service offerings and competition status.

Requirements and skills
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
Having the desire to succeed and have fun while doing it.
