Territory Sales | Lighting & Electrical Solutions for Custom and Luxury Production Builders

Aterra Designs is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth efforts across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, with a strong focus on the rapidly expanding markets of Florida. This is a unique opportunity to represent an exclusive offering in the homebuilding space—one that gives builders a competitive edge with unmatched design technology and documentation tools.

We serve some of the most respected builders in the region, helping them bring high-end homes to life through better lighting and electrical design. With no true competition in the market, this is a blue ocean opportunity for a sales professional who understands the builder space and has a passion for both technology and design.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and close new business with custom builders, semi-custom builders, and luxury production builders.

· Deliver compelling product demonstrations of Aterra’s exclusive Luminosity design platform.

· Meet or exceed activity and revenue KPIs, including a minimum of one demo set per week.

· Maintain detailed pipeline management and reporting via Zoho CRM.

· Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

· Attend industry events and association meetings to network and build brand presence across your territory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Experience in B2B sales within homebuilding, construction technology, or design solutions.

· Familiarity with the custom builder market or high-end residential construction.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a multi-state territory independently.

· Strong appreciation for architecture, design, and the construction process.

· Willingness to travel frequently, especially within Florida’s fastest-growing regions.

Compensation & Commission
