    This position requires 50% travel, 50% on-site work We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within your assigned region. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the highest quality of service. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business success. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to drive sales growth. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions and address client needs effectively. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. • Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to clients and management. • Ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns raised by clients. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. This position requires 50% travel, 50% on-site work Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed. Compensation: $80,000 on target earnings
