Responsibilities: • Identify and target new business opportunities within the region to drive sales growth • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Present products and services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred • Ability to work independently and manage your own time • Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
