This position is instrumental to the success of our franchises and, in turn, the success of our corporation. This individual will coach business processes that improve profitability, increase market share and brand experience, consult franchisees on business owner decisions, and collaborate with all franchisor team members to increase brand equity. The role will be responsible for developing, executing, and holding the franchisees accountable for the goals of the business plan for the specific region.
Position: Regional Business Coach Reports to: US Operations Team Location: Fully Remote
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact between franchisee and franchisor
Perform operational business assessments and sales audits
Assist (when needed) with field training for re-sales or new sales
Facilitate training sessions at Paul Davis International Training Center
Provide field training for re-sales and new franchises
Determine operational effectiveness and compliance during site visits
Provide operational and sales support to Franchisees
Act as coach, business advisor, and consultant assisting franchisees with their needs
Assistance in the implementation, and operation of national insurance company programs
Contribute to network-wide initiatives
Visit franchisees within your region to review specific issues and goals. Target is four days biweekly of visits to franchisees
Other duties as assigned
Competency – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, One Drive, SharePoint)
Strong understanding of GAAP
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to conceptualize
Self-driven
Ability to work under strict time deadlines
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance
Minimum 3 plus years experience in a supervisory/management role
Preferred Education and Experience
MBA and CPA a plus
Experience within a franchise industry
Experience within the restoration and/or construction industry in an accounting role

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer
Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone
Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and pass a background check
Work Environment
The employee will be working remotely in their home office and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat. Most work will be conducted over email, video conferencing, and telephone. Employees must have access to a stable internet connection when working out of the office. Employees must use provided VPN technology to securely connect remotely. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.
Travel
This position may require up to 50% travel. This position requires travel to franchise locations, company meetings/events, and training.
