Comment from our CEO: I was in this role for multiple international security companies and developed multimillion dollar contracts for those firms. Now being a CEO, I can't do everything myself. You need to be ORGANIZED, HAVE A PLAN and EXECUTE IT or you will fail. It is not just a show up and get paid job. You will be expected to produce. Some weeks will be great, and other weeks you will be stressing. You can't be afraid of cold calling or getting hung up on either. You can't be afraid of rejection. Keeping your progress up to date in the CRM is highly important. It will help you be successful. Your work product and effort affects your success, and the possibility of attaining a higher salary. You DO NOT need a college degree for this role. Honestly, for a company our size (yet rapidly growing), I do not believe we need someone full-time until they get in, get comfortable, and start progressing.
