Drivers earn 26% of the line-haul with a CPM minimum
Length of haul / Rate per mile
125 – 200 miles / 92 CPM
201 – 300 miles / 82 CPM
301 – 400 miles / 60 CPM
401 – 600 miles / 55 CPM
600+ miles / 55 CPM

Minimum Pay Guarantee
$1,200 per week for first 12 weeks
Must be “on-duty” 5.5 days a week, must turn in load paperwork within 24 hours of the load delivering, must not refuse any loads and must deliver loads without any driver-related service failures.

Orientation Completion Pay
$1,000 - Get paid out the week after completing orientation
Loading, Unloading, Detention & Additional Pay
Detention rate: 25% of what is billed to the customer
All drops and pickups, except the initial pickup and final drop, will be paid $30 each
Layover & Breakdown: $200 (after 1st day)
Lodging will be reimbursed and limited to $90 per day if layover is authorized
Truck Order Not Used (TONU) will be paid 25% when billed to the customer
