    Regional Controller
    Premiere Southeast Construction Manager – Oversee Financial Operations for Growing Business Units

    Position Overview:
    The Regional Controller leads accounting and financial reporting for multiple high-performing business units, driving financial strategy, ensuring strong internal controls, and managing a team of 30+ project accountants. This role is critical to supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence while aligning financial operations with strategic business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct all accounting functions, including monthly closings, WIP forecasts, and management reporting.
    • Oversee contract reviews, project setups, and billing processes as needed.
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
    • Implement and enhance internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • Provide financial insights through detailed reporting and presentations.
    • Support cash management, collections, and external audits.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
    • Expertise in job costing and revenue recognition for construction companies.
    • Proficiency in integrated accounting software and advanced MS Office skills.
    • Experience with Procore software is a plus.
