SIXT **** is seeking a motivated Regional Controller – USA East to support in the administration of P&L activities and enhance the overall control environment as it relates to Business Operations and Development in the East Region USA. This candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and support the development of the annual Plan. Key responsibility in providing Senior Leadership with actionable business insights that will drive results and contribute to sustainable EBT growth.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will partner with regional operations teams to align financial goals with business strategies, providing guidance on pricing, fleet management, and profitability initiatives
• You will lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives while managing risks and stakeholder communication
• You will monitor and control operational costs, conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or efficiency
• You will develop and maintain financial forecasts, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and margin modeling, to provide visibility into key strategic objectives
• You will analyze regional revenue streams and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue per day (RPD) and utilization, offering actionable insights to drive growth
• You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and overall operational efficiency

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• **Education & Certification **You will need a BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred; CPA or Finance Certification preferred
• Finance Experience You will need 3+ years of experience in Finance as an individual contributor
• Technical Proficiency You will need proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ability to translate raw data into financial summaries and actionable insights
• Communication & Leadership You will have a proven communication skills with strength in driving organizational change
• Problem-Solving & Coordination You will need the capability to resolve escalated issues requiring coordination with other departments
• **Strategic & Financial Planning **You will need the ability to provide input into strategic decisions and budget development
