Our Regional Director (Franchise Business Consultant) actively seeks to establish, train, advise, and develop franchisees in accordance with company policies, manuals, and standards. The Regional Director creates positive working relationships that develop and promote high franchisee morale and business performance within the assigned franchisees.

You will:
· Prepare and conduct virtual training, area meetings, and regular conference calls to train in customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management, and staff development, documenting sessions in Monday.com and measuring against franchise KPIs.
· Customer Service: Actively support efforts to improve the franchise/customer experience, monitoring performance via KPIs to coach for enhancement.
· Revenue Growth: Assess franchise operations to offer continual advice and training, engaging in strategic planning and goal setting to support growth strategies, including marketing and service expansion.
· Profitability: Guide franchises in reviewing financial KPIs to foster growth, including analysis for achieving profit targets, utilizing financial data for goal planning.
· Management Development: Advice on enhancing owner skills in coaching, mentoring, and management, leveraging Rolling Suds tools for management team training.
· Staff Development: Ensure franchises use resources for staff training in key areas, supporting owner monitoring of employee development.
· Inform the Sr. Director of Business Development with weekly updates and document activities in Monday.com.
· Stay updated on new cleaning and power washing technologies, conduct regular meetings for system updates and feedback, and assist in franchise owner onboarding and development for various scenarios.
· Practice effective time management, operate with integrity to promote the Rolling Suds Brand, complete tasks efficiently, provide franchise feedback to headquarters, and support Rolling Suds divisions as necessary.
You have:
· Minimum five years as a franchise business consultant or as a successful business owner
· Must possess a passion for building relationships with franchisees through coaching and the capability to present to large groups professionally.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), with a strong understanding of financial statements and business practices.
· Knowledgeable about training resources and programs, committed to uphold Rolling Suds' professional image and etiquette in the industry.
· A positive professional attitude towards franchisees, team members, and colleagues, proven leadership skills, and a collaborative work ethic are essential.
· Dedicated to continuous learning about the industry and supporting the brand.
Working conditions
Must reside in the US
Salary Range $65,000-$90,000
Required 10% Travel throughout assigned franchisee areas and corporate events
Must be physically able to travel independently.
Business operations Monday through Friday and weekends, as necessary. Required 10% Travel throughout assigned franchisee areas and corporate events.
Weekend travel as directed by Vice President of Franchisee Success
Maintain a valid Driver's License.
