    The Regional Director of Operations, NY will frequently visit all of the company's current and future regional Pure Barre locations.

    Position Overview:

    The Regional Director of Operations, NY plays a critical role in managing the daily operations of current and future NYC-area Pure Barre studios, with a focus on studio excellence and operational efficiency. This position reports to the VP of Operations & Talent and leads a team of General Managers and part-time sales team members. The role is responsible for ensuring that all studios in the region operate at the highest standard of quality and hospitality while optimizing sales performance and member experience. The Director will also support new studio development in the region, ensuring consistency and scalability across the franchise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Development

    Recruit, hire, and lead a full team of General Managers in addition to providing hiring and training support for Assistant Studio Managers and Sales Ambassadors.

    Provide ongoing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities for General Managers.

    Be of service to the General Manager team and lead by example with the ability to jump in and support short-staffed studios as needed.

    Conduct weekly group calls and regular one-on-one meetings with the General Managers to communicate strategies, updates, and offer support.

    Foster a positive, high-performing leadership culture that promotes growth and development.

    Lead the sales team through business changes, modeling effective change management skills.

    Represent the Pure Barre brand by participating in team events, celebrating achievements, and attending in-studio classes.

    Operational Excellence and Quality Control

    Oversee daily studio operations for all FRA Pure Barre locations in the region.

    Develop and implement scalable sales team training programs.

    Collaborate with General Managers to maintain studio facilities, including regular cleaning, sound system maintenance, and studio repairs.

    Collaborate with General Managers to ensure a consistently outstanding experience for all members, from initial bookings to milestone achievements.

    Utilize secret shopper reports and other feedback tools to assess and enhance studio operations and sales team performance.

    Work with the General Managers and Director of Talent & Technique to optimize scheduling and class utilization.

    Lead quarterly performance reviews for all General Managers to ensure quality and brand consistency.

    Provide actionable insights to the VP of Operations & Talent based on field observations and feedback.

    Sales & Performance Management:

    Implement and oversee monthly sales processes and targets for all studios.

    Collaborate with General Managers to track key performance indicators and drive revenue growth through membership, packages, and retail products.

    Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving member retention and engagement.

    Work closely with the VP of Operations & Talent and General Managers to manage retail product budgets, execute orders, and drive retail sales.

    Review monthly P&L statements with General Managers to monitor costs and improve studio profitability.

    Professional Experience / Qualifications:

    2+ years as a Pure Barre General Manager (preferred).

    5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or operations management.

    Multi-unit or regional management experience is a plus.

    Retail management and merchandising experience is a plus.

    Willingness to travel to all FRA Pure Barre locations in NYC, Westchester, Long Island, and future markets as needed.

    Hybrid role with 60% of time spent on-site in studios and 40% remote.

    Willingness to provide real-time support outside standard corporate hours, including evenings and weekends.

    Proven leadership abilities with a commitment to excellence and follow-through.

    Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively handle difficult conversations.

    Ability to build relationships, foster a positive culture, and inspire trust within the team.

    Passionate about fitness, wellness, and community engagement.

    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed operations decisions.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base Salary: $80,000 annually

    Annual Performance-Based Bonus: Eligible for an annual bonus based on studio performance, contingent on meeting revenue and profit percentage targets.
