    We are a fast-growing; privately held hotel management company based in San Diego, CA with 30 select-service properties in California with additional hotels under construction. We offer a wide variety of quality select-service hotels under various brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Best Western, Choice, and Wyndham.

    Job Overview: The Regional Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in executing company vision and strategic goals across multiple properties. This individual will identify operational challenges, streamline processes, and elevate performance across all areas, including guest satisfaction, team engagement, and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations and identify problem areas to develop and implement systematic solutions and best practices.

    Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and coach General Managers and hotel teams to drive performance improvements, with a strong emphasis on operational standards, guest satisfaction, and associate development.

    Performance Management: Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs), including Quality Assurance (Q/A), guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, RevPAR, revenue generation, and GOP.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, and Human Resources to align departmental objectives and drive results.

    Interim Leadership: Step in as needed to lead operations temporarily and manage special projects to support the company’s growth.

    Meetings & Training: Facilitate leadership training workshops and conduct monthly General Manager meetings to align teams with company goals and operational strategies.

    Key Qualifications:

    Experience: Proven track record in a senior operations role in the hospitality industry, with experience leading multi-property teams.

    Performance-driven: A history of driving results in areas like Q/A, guest satisfaction, RevPar, and associate engagement.

    Leadership Skills: Strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams to meet or exceed expectations.

    Operational Expertise: Advanced knowledge of hotel operations and processes, with a focus on improving efficiency and profitability.

    Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other common business software.

    Communication Skills: Ability to facilitate meetings, deliver training, and communicate effectively with General Managers and all other levels of staff.

    Professional Integrity: A high level of integrity and professionalism, with a reputation for building strong relationships and driving results.
