    • They are seeking a Regional Facilities Director to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operations of community portfolios. The Regional Facilities Director ensures our clients' communities are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with our high standards of service and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and a commitment to enhancing residents' living experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and provide management oversight for daily operations, maintenance, and repair across multiple facilities within the region.
    • Build and develop a high-performing team, including Facilities Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and Service Managers, driving productivity and aligning with operational goals.
    • Monitor financial performance, handle budgeting, and collaborate with project leadership to ensure cost-effective and reliable service from vendors and contractors.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards through regular inspections, audits, and adherence to safety protocols (including hazardous waste management, stormwater inspections, and mold remediation).
    • Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with residents, executives, and other stakeholders within the community.
    • Assist with large-scale projects as needed, contributing to planning and execution to ensure timely and successful completion.
    • Lead initiatives in emergency preparedness and risk management, maintaining records and responding effectively to any facility-related emergencies.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree, Trade School certification, or Universal HVAC certification (CAMT or equivalent) is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in Facilities Management (military housing preferred), with a solid understanding of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
    • Strong budget management skills, experience with blueprints and contract preparation, customer service orientation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with property management software (preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
    • Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs, with capability to climb, stoop, and balance as required by facility operations.
    • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the region. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary to 140k/year
