- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, with facilities management and supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven ability to use data for driving performance improvements, solving problems, and informing decisions.
- Experience in managing performance improvement plans, employee accountability measures, and corrective actions.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on customer service and team management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive decision-making.
- Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and high standards of work.
- Deep commitment to public education and working with underserved communities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with facilities management software such as School Dude or similar is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between campuses.

The starting salary for this position is $70,000 and placement in the salary range is commensurate upon experience and internal equity.
