    Gold’s Gym SoCal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Fitness Manager to lead and support our fitness teams across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring gyms meet their fitness department goals, driving sales, and providing hands-on support to the teams in achieving their objectives. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a proven track record in fitness management, sales, and team development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Accountability & Goal Achievement:

    Ensure all gyms consistently meet or exceed fitness department goals, including revenue, client retention, and operational benchmarks.

    Monitor and analyze performance metrics across locations, providing actionable feedback and solutions.

    Hands-On Support:

    Work directly with gym teams to improve processes, enhance sales techniques, and deliver exceptional member experiences.

    Assist fitness staff in closing sales and ensure the seamless execution of fitness programs.

    Sales Leadership:

    Drive personal and team sales by setting an example through direct involvement in sales activities.

    Provide training and mentorship to fitness teams to increase their confidence and effectiveness in selling memberships, personal training, and other services.

    Department Development:

    Oversee all aspects of the fitness department, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for fitness staff.

    Collaborate with gym managers to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality in fitness areas.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in fitness management, preferably in a multi-location or regional role.

    Strong sales background with the ability to lead by example.

    Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.

    Proficiency in analyzing metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

    Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences.
