About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Generator Supercenter - Corporate Office in Tomball, TX. As the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the operations of our regional offices, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and business success.

The Responsibilities:

Lead and manage regional office operations to achieve sales and service goals

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue

Oversee and support office managers in their day-to-day activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Analyze performance data and provide regular reports to senior management

The Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the sales or service industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

75% Travel Required - Willingness to travel within the region

Available to be on call and work weekends as needed
