We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional General Manager to join our team at Gemelle and Stewarts! As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and lounge operations while leading our team to continued success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership, business acumen, and a passion for hospitality.

    Responsibilities:

    · Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

    · Uphold our high standards of service and hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.

    · Drive profitability through effective cost controls, revenue growth strategies, and budget management.

    · Motivate and train a high-performing team; foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and professional development.

    · Maintain food quality, presentation standards, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance.

    · Build relationships within the local community, participate in promotional activities, and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a polished full-service establishment.

    · Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

    · Solid understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations, including P&L management and budgeting.

    · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

    · Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    · Food Managers or Serve Safe Managers and TABC Certifications are required.
