Job Title: Regional HR Manager - Portland, OR

Responsibilities:
HR Partnership and Strategy:
Work closely with brand leaders to understand their unique needs and align HR strategies with company-wide initiatives.
Develop and implement best practices supporting brand objectives and the company's strategic priorities.
Foster a cohesive and effective approach to organizational success across the region.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company values and labor laws.
Manager Training & Development:
Deliver training programs for managers on topics like performance management, employee engagement, and legal compliance.
HRIS & Benefits Management:
Support and maintain accurate HR records in Paycom.
Coordinate benefit programs, open enrollment, and assist with benefit administration.
Leave & Workers' Compensation Administration:
Advise on leave programs, light duty, and return-to-work procedures.
Process Improvement & Conflict Resolution:
Identify areas for improvement in HR processes, proactively address conflict, and champion a positive workplace culture.
Confidentiality and Compliance Assurance:
Uphold confidentiality and integrity, ensuring all HR activities meet legal requirements and company standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).
Experience working with Private Equity-backed companies (mandatory).
Experience using Paycom HRIS.
SHRM certification is preferred.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to different locations within the region.
Benefits:
Competitive salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year + 15% bonus
