    About Us:

    ZMC Hotels is a hotel management company looking for a Regional Recruiting Specialist to help attract top talent to our hotels in our Southern Region through strong personal connections.

    About this Role:

    The Southern Regional Human Resource Manager will work closely with the general managers at each of our hotels to help source talent, screen applications, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and onboard and train new hires. This individual will also work with our management teams to help with general human resources initiatives as needed, such as support for helping our staff enroll in benefits during open enrollment. Finally, the Regional HR Manager will partner with our VP of Human Resources to provide guidance and support to all employees of ZMC Hotels.

    This position is an in person role open to candidates in Oxford, Alabama.

    This job may require occasional travel to our hotels in the Southern Region. At this time, we have hotels in Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi.

    About You:

    We are looking for someone who can

    Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for approximately 14 hotels in our Southern Region

    Develop and maintain relationships with the leadership teams at our hotels to gain an understanding of the staffing needs at each property

    Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

    Ensure compliance with labor regulations

    Provide guidance to hotel leadership on interviewing best practices

    Provide some support to employees and management in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, compensation, and benefit enrollment

    Have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new employees

    Know how to source and connect with quality candidates

    Have excellent communication and people skills

    Have a good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

    Are able to help employees complete I-9s and other onboarding documents

    Want to work as a part of a welcoming, positive, results-driven team

    Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required. Some experience in recruiting and human resources is a must.
