    Purpose of the job

    To grow the Corporate Services business and have full P&L responsibility for your Region.

    Be accountable for all elements of the operations and service standards whilst creating strong profitable and long-lasting client relationships. Deliver on sustainable, focussed growth and targets via proactive service development.

    Oversee the Corporate Services team in the Region, apply experience of leadership, use excellent communication, time management and organisational skills to manage issues, proactively identify areas to be enhanced and contribute to Ocorian Group’s future strategies.

    Main Responsibilities

    The Regional Head of Corporate Services will -

    • Lead Corporate Services business for the Region. Ensuring the business is aligned to the global strategy.
    • Lead and manage the delivery of a consistent and high performing Regional Corporate Team.
    • Collaborate effectively with the Global Head of Corporate to define strategy in line with the agreed operating model.
    • Partner with Sales for new business development to drive the business, and ensure consistent market proposition for the Region.
    • Meet financial budgets and ensure risk is mitigated with tight controls.
    • Own development, and deployment, of regional Campaign Strategy
    • Develop the intermediary strategy in collaboration with sales
    • Identify local M&A targets in line with the Corporate strategy
    • Own branding and market visibility in region; incl. events and social media
    • Establish and foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders in other Ocorian offices.
    • Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities across the various business service lines within the Region and the broader Ocorian global network.
    • Promote an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork whilst exemplifying Ocorian core values.
    • Perform any such other activities and tasks as may be required by the role.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • Relevant professional qualification(s) with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the international Corporate industry at senior management level.
    • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills along with a commitment to working as part of a global team
    • Professional outlook and manner with the ability to relate effectively to stakeholders at all levels in the business and to manage stakeholder requirements effectively and on a timely basis
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multi-task
    • A sound knowledge of financial management processes with experience of budget management and financial controls
    • Self-motivation and proactivity coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships across the Ocorian Group
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership / management methodologies and approaches
