    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Maintenance Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other maintenance-related areas. As the Regional Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance operations across the region, ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to optimize the performance and longevity of equipment and facilities.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors and contractors to procure necessary supplies, equipment, and services.
    • Oversee capital projects related to maintenance, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
    • Train, mentor, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs and priorities.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related role.
    • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other maintenance areas.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
